This month we travel to the historic City of Roswell to experience the culinary talents of Executive Chef Daniel Marteny who presents a unique blend of classic southern cuisine with global influences. The Mill Kitchen & Bar is a down to earth spot where the casual vibe is heightened by the mouth-watering cuisine, the culinary inspired cocktails, and the large selection of craft beers and thoughtfully selected wine list. Many of the food options on the menu are organic, local, and seasonal. The wine list includes many wines that are also organic, biodynamic and/or sustainably produced. You will probably entertain the thought of staying after the party for dinner once you scan over the dinner entrees. How could you not be drawn to such entrée specialties such as Duck Bolognese, Diver Scallops, Braised Short Ribs, Venison, Baked Lobster Mac ‘n’ Cheese to name a few!
